So I totally lied that the raspberry jam pics in the prevous blog - I will add them separate. If Dad ever reads this, we discovered that we need some kind of 'thing' (Christine knows the 
name
)that keeps the jars off teh bottom of a pan so we can make the low-sugar version....but this is my first attempt at makign jam. Slickety slick.
